We offer free local delivery to Geneva, St. Charles, Batavia, and South Elgin for orders over $25. Choose your delivery day at checkout. We will alert you as soon as your order is delivered on your porch.

Q: Are we allowed to shop in-store due to COVID-19?
A: Yes! We are still OPEN during our normal business hours and delighted to serve you the best way possible during these unprecedented times. Our team will be wearing masks and we require you to do the same.
Feel free to shop with us online where you can choose pick-up (at all of our locations), local delivery or shipping. Local delivery is free for orders over $25 and shipping is free on domestic orders of $100+.

Q: If I live in the Chicago suburbs, can I pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?
A: Yes, absolutely! Select Store Pickup during checkout and choose your pick up date and time. We have 3 locations in Geneva, and our warehouse is located in St. Charles and available of curbside pickup.
Pick up orders are fulfilled and transferred from our warehouse location. You can pick up your order at the stores the day after your order is placed. You may also choose future pick up dates at checkout if you don't need it immediately.
Q: I saw something on Instagram, but I can’t find it on your site. What do I do?
We haven't had a chance to load all of our shop inventory on our website at this time. If you see something on our social media pages that you like, email us and we can send you an invoice to order! email@example.com
Q: What do I do if an item is sold out?
If an item is sold out, please head to the product's page and enter your email in the box that says "Please notify me when this item becomes available!". Once you do that, you will automatically get notified when the item is back in stock. At that moment, you can opt to be added to our mailing list if you wish.
