REFUND POLICY FOR LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICKUP ORDERS

We accept returns in-store within 30 days of an online purchase.

Returns in-store within 30 days will be refunded. We cannot accept returns past 30 days. 

Furniture sales are final. All clothing must have tags attached.

We reserve the right to limit or deny any return.

IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE

We package our items with care and inspect products before shipping. We understand that there is a small chance an item may be damaged between our warehouse and your home. 

We will replace damaged items. Please contact us at hello@littleredbarndoor.com or call (630) 329-1300.

We will need the following:
1) The item and a description of the damage.
2) Your full name and order number.
3) A photo of the damaged box and item.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
